Meet the Founder

Hi, I'm Raashi,

— founder of The Glowshée Lab, licensed esthetician, makeup artist, and beauty educator.

With over 9 years in beauty, My journey in beauty began in London, UK, where I worked as a makeup artist for brands and their creative shoots—an experience that shaped my eye for beauty, artistry, and the power of transformation.

From there I built my own beauty business, turning my passion for makeup into a career that allowed me to connect with thousands of women, understand their individual beauty needs, and help them feel confident & beautiful in their own skin while building a thriving career in the beauty industry.

I travelled across multiple cities, hosted events, and worked with thousands of women. Along the way, I became equally fascinated by what lies beneath the makeup — the skin itself!

After moving to the United States, I pursued my Esthetics License to deepen my knowledge of skin health, corrective skincare, ingredients, and evidence-based beauty practices.

Today, Glowshée brings a global expertise in skin and makeup together, helping women understand their skin, discover what truly works for them, and approach beauty with more confidence and intention.

For over a decade, I've worked in beauty, helping women feel confident through makeup.

Over the years, I noticed that

many women weren't struggling because they didn't own enough skincare or makeup products. They were struggling because they didn't know what their skin actually needed! Overwhelmed by trends, conflicting advice, endless product recommendations, buying products based on marketing instead of understanding ingredients, it can be difficult to know what truly works for your unique skin and features.

That's why I created Glowshée—a space where skincare science meets makeup artistry.

My mission is to simplify beauty through science-backed education, personalized virtual consultations, ingredient knowledge, guides, and practical guidance that helps you understand your skin, enhance your natural features, and build routines that are both effective and realistic.
